We have several teams where you can dedicate your skills and energy. Review the roles below and choose the one that best suits your passion.
| Volunteer Team | Focus |
| Media & Photography | Capturing and documenting the event (photography, videography, social media live updates). Experience in digital content creation is a plus! |
| Protocol & Ushering | Guiding attendees, managing seating, maintaining order, and providing a welcoming first impression. Professionalism and a service heart are key. |
| Welfare | Coordinating food, drinks, relief materials, and rest for fellow volunteers, guest ministers, and special guests. This team ensures everyone is well cared for. |
| Registration Desk | Managing check-ins for attendees and volunteers, distributing event materials, and serving as the primary information point. |
| Publicity | Assisting with pre-event promotional activities and ensuring event signage, banners, and visibility are clear and appealing on the day. |
| PR & Follow-up | Managing official invitations, communication, interacting with media personnel, assisting with VIP/special guest relations, and handling post-event engagement. |
| Evangelism | Engaging with attendees and the public to share the message of the Gospel before and during the event. A heart for souls is essential! |
| Prayer | Dedicating time to intercede for the event, attendees, organizers, and volunteers before, during, and after GPP 2025. The spiritual backbone of the event! |
| Fundraising | Assisting with campaigns, donor relations, and managing giving stations at the event. |
