Osinowo Oluwatosin Deborah is a dynamic, highly accomplished, and visionary student leader within the MLHARI community, bringing an impressive record of service, academic coordination, and governance to our mission. Currently in her 400-level studying Public Administration at the University of Abuja, Tosin seamlessly combines her academic rigor with a deep-seated passion for education, youth empowerment, and community engagement.

Over the years, Tosin has demonstrated exceptional leadership across prominent student and civic organizations. Her extensive service record includes serving as the Assistant Secretary General of the Association of Nigerian Female Students (ANFS), University of Abuja Chapter, as a Parliamentarian for the National Association of Public Administration Students (NAPAS), and currently as the Director of Academics for NAPAS. Additionally, her active membership in Junior Chamber International (JCI) further underscores her commitment to global leadership standards and active citizenship.

Through these diverse roles, Tosin has developed robust expertise in academic coordination, student advocacy, large-scale event planning, strategic communication, and team management.
